FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are DTF transfers?

DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. A design is printed onto a special film and applied to fabric using a heat press. DTF transfers produce vibrant colors, sharp details, and durable results.

2. What materials can DTF transfers be applied to?

DTF transfers work on many popular fabrics, including cotton, polyester, cotton-polyester blends, canvas, and other compatible materials. Always test specialty or heat-sensitive fabrics before completing a large order.

3. Do you sell ready-to-press transfers?

Yes. Our DTF transfers arrive printed and ready to apply using a heat press. Follow our pressing instructions for the best results.

4. Do you offer finished custom apparel?

Yes. We offer custom T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other apparel. Contact us with your design, preferred garment, sizes, colors, and quantity to discuss your project.

5. What type of artwork should I upload?

For the best printing quality, submit a high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background. We recommend artwork at 300 DPI and at the exact size you want printed.

6. Can you remove the background from my image?

Please contact us before ordering if your artwork has a background that needs to be removed. Additional artwork preparation may be required.

7. Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?

Colors may appear slightly different because computer and phone screens display colors differently from printed products. We work to produce accurate, vibrant results, but an exact screen-to-print color match cannot be guaranteed.

8. Can I use a household iron to apply DTF transfers?

A commercial heat press is strongly recommended because it provides consistent temperature, pressure, and timing. Household irons may not apply enough even pressure to produce reliable results.

9. How should I wash custom DTF apparel?

Wait at least 24 hours before washing. Turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water with mild detergent, and use a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design.

10. Do you accept custom and bulk orders?

Yes. We welcome custom projects and larger-quantity orders for businesses, schools, teams, events, and organizations. Contact us for assistance with your order.

11. How long will my order take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity, artwork, and current order volume. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.

12. Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
