These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DTF Wisconsin website and your purchase of our DTF transfers, custom apparel, and related products or services.

Throughout these Terms, “DTF Wisconsin,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DTF Wisconsin. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, customer, or purchaser.

By visiting our website, submitting artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our website or make a purchase. If you use the website on behalf of a business, school, team, organization, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Products and Services

DTF Wisconsin offers products and services that may include:

• Custom DTF transfers

• Custom T-shirts

• Custom hoodies and sweatshirts

• Personalized apparel

• Related printing and design services

Product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, availability, and pricing may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display information accurately, but colors and product appearance may vary between screens and finished products.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or material availability

• Pricing or listing errors

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Incomplete or unusable artwork

• Copyright, trademark, or other legal concerns

• Content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate

• Production limitations

If we cancel a paid order before production, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization fees, artwork fees, and other costs will be shown before or during checkout when possible.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for your order.

We may correct pricing or product-information errors. If a correction affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide available options.

5. Custom Orders and Customer Approval

You are responsible for reviewing all order details before purchase, including:

• Artwork

• Spelling

• Names and numbers

• Product style

• Garment color

• Size

• Quantity

• Print dimensions

• Placement instructions

• Shipping information

If a proof is provided, production may begin after you approve it. Your approval confirms that the design and order information are correct. Minor differences in color, scale, placement, or appearance may occur during production and are not necessarily defects.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork

You retain any ownership rights you have in artwork submitted to DTF Wisconsin. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, resize, modify, and process it as reasonably necessary to prepare, manufacture, and fulfill your order.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the submitted content or have permission to use and reproduce it

• The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party right

• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading

• You have permission from any identifiable person shown in submitted images

DTF Wisconsin is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-supplied artwork. We may refuse any design that we reasonably believe could violate the law or another party’s rights.

7. Artwork Quality

You are responsible for submitting artwork with sufficient resolution, transparency, dimensions, and quality for the requested product.

Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, incorrectly sized, or improperly prepared artwork may produce lower-quality results. Unless we expressly agree to provide design or editing services, we are not responsible for defects already present in customer-supplied files.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, page designs, and branding—belong to DTF Wisconsin or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our website content without prior written permission.

9. Production and Shipping

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Turnaround times may be affected by artwork issues, material availability, order volume, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping and delivery are also governed by our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale. Return, refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Contact us immediately if you need to request an order change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after artwork preparation or production begins.

11. DTF Application and Garment Care

Customers purchasing ready-to-press transfers are responsible for using appropriate equipment and following the provided pressing instructions.

Results may vary based on the heat press, temperature, pressure, pressing time, peeling method, fabric, and washing process. DTF Wisconsin is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, unsuitable materials, household irons, improper garment care, or failure to test unfamiliar fabrics.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

• Submit fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful content

• Transmit malicious code

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another account

• Interfere with website security or operation

• Collect information about other users without authorization

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

• Use our services for deceptive or fraudulent purposes

We may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct.

13. Third-Party Services

• Artwork or content you submit

• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or legal protection that cannot be waived under applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies referenced within them form the entire agreement between you and DTF Wisconsin regarding your use of the website and purchase of our products and services.
